This song is on my "workout" playlist! I love it and I have it set up to play toward the end of my workout to give me that extra push I need!!! Its really more about the beat then the words... its just kinda motivating!!!

What's your song
Ok so this is the first time I have really attempted something like this but it looks like fun and I LOVE LOVE these guys and just have to share!!!
Today I am linking up with Goodnight Moon for her dance party link up and I cant wait to hear all the songs picked!!! I guess the Grammy's were about two weeks ago and for the first time in years J and I actually sat down and watched... glad we did because it was the first time I have ever heard Mumford & Sons and I was instantly in LOVE!!! J being the music man he is of coarse new about them and was super excited because the next day I was like "lets just buy the whole album on itunes"!!! I cant stop playing the entire thing over and over and it was super hard to pick a song but here is one of my faves!!!

Why is this SO hard???
I have been racking my brains for the past week and I can NOT come up with a tittle for this blog and it is driving me CRAZY! I have been reading other blogs for inspiration but nothing is happening... it just makes it worse because I don't understand why I am having this mental block? All of you have such witty and cute names for your blogs and I cant seem to find one that fits!
This whole process has me questioning why I am even blogging. I am not that interesting...
Lately all I have been writing about is running and my funk ( I am feeling much better)! Maybe I just need a break! Just some time away from the computer/tv/iphone to refocus!
I have been sucked into this world of facebook and email and it has a hold on me and I need to get away... it started when J deployed the first time, when I sat and waited for phone calls or emails and now it is just part of a routine! Phone always on and close by and checking email and fb 8 million times a day, its ridiculous.
That's what I am going to do, take a break from technology! I really don't have a time table for this but until next time...

Up-hill Battle
Running around our neighborhood is the hardest thing I have ever done!!!
We live in a very hilly neighborhood and it feels like it is ALL up-hill! I started week three today and it was two cycles of 90sec run/ 90sec walk then 3min run/ 3 min walk and the last 3 min run almost did me in!!! But I am happy to say I did not stop and actually finished it!
I also push M around in the double jogger (hopefully the hills and the stroller burn a few extra calories), thankfully N rides his bike around b/c I wouldn't be able to push him too! I did try once but only made it about half way up a hill and I was toast. So we turned around and I bribed him with a cookie to ride his bike!!!
Shocking right?
I had to bribe him because about a month ago he had a big crash going down hill and he has been afraid ever since! He got a little big for his britches and was zooming down the hill and started wiggling his handle bars and BOOM, CRASH!!! Gave himself a black eye and gave up the bike, but now that I am running and J is not always available to push we had to work something out and a cookie did it! He still wont go down that hill but we are working on it!

I hate the name of my blog! It makes me mad and then I don't want to post anything because of the ridiculousness of it!!! So I really need to come up with something new and creative, but I am not sure just where I want to go with it. I don't know if I want this to be a family blog (about the happenings of our life) or a diary/journal like blog about my days???
